Shipping

We currently ship across Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping is available at checkout for $10 CAD.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We formulated our serum with care, and we want you to feel confident trying it. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened and used.

To request a refund, email us at hello@tyneskin.ca with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. In some cases we may ask you to return the product; if so, return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The guarantee applies to one unit per product, per customer, on purchases made through tyneskin.ca. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tyneskin.ca with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
