Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order.

Shipping

We currently ship across Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Free standard shipping on all orders across Canada.

Express shipping is available at checkout for $10 CAD.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@tyneskin.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tyneskin.ca with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
